After 15 years in industry, and 23 years in school business, Steve Bassett joined PNC Capital Markets last August after retiring from Fort Bend ISD as Deputy Superintendent. He started his career at Price Waterhouse and then USAA, and ATT. School business experience was with North East ISD, San Antonio ISD, Northside ISD, Collin College, and Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD besides working at Fort Bend ISD as the CFO. Other certifications include CCM, CMA, PMP, CTSBO, and SFO. With 18 years at the CFO level, Steve’s focus is on Texas School Districts.
