Sourav Choudhury is the Head of Business Development at Spline Data, where he leads client partnerships, new business sales and marketing strategy for the firm's municipal bond pricing and analytics platform. He is dedicated to building the data/technology on-ramps for the muni industry as it moves from manual workflows to more automated solutions.
Prior to joining Spline, he worked for 8 years at the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), joining the company as part of their first data acquisition that eventually turned into ICE Data Services (formerly Interactive Data, JJ Kenney) and ICE Bonds (formerly TMC, Bondpoint). He started his career back in 2011 at Bloomberg specializing in muni functionality for BBG terminal sales.
He holds a BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill along with a Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
