As head of PNC's Public Finance group, Rob Dailey is responsible for PNC's public finance banking and capital markets activities, serving the government, higher education and nonprofit sectors. He has spent much of his career in public finance, assisting clients in financing general government, transportation, water, utilities and education projects, employing the full range of banking and capital markets products.
Since joining PNC in 2012, Dailey has helped to differentiate PNC’s model of integrated product delivery and seamless public finance coverage. He previously worked in public finance at major investment banking and commercial banking institutions, primarily focused on government financing in the East and Midwest regions of the United States.
He received a master’s degree of business administration in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a bachelor of arts in government and economics from Georgetown University. He holds FINRA Series 24, 7, 53 and 63 licenses.
