Patricia Rodriguez is a Managing Director with Janney Montgomery Scott in San Antonio, Texas and has over 25 years of public finance experience in Texas with various issuers including Cities, Counties, School Districts, State Agencies, Transit Authorities and Universities. Patricia was a board member of National Women in Public Finance from 2021-2024 and Co-Chair of their Education Committee. Additionally, she is a former Board member and Vice Chair for VIA Metropolitan Transit Authority in San Antonio and also served on the City of San Antonio’s Charter Review Commission.
Patricia holds a B.A. in Political Science from Southern Methodist University, a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas and holds FINRA Series 52, 53 and 63 licenses and the MSRB Series 50 license.
