Moses Kopmar

Moses Kopmar is Vice President-Senior Analyst on Moody’s Global Project and Infrastructure Finance team.

In his role, Moses covers a portfolio of transportation (airports, seaports and toll roads) and project finance issuers. Previously, Moses worked on Moody’s State and Local Government team, covering cities/counties, municipal utilities, schools and related issuers.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Moses worked in economic development in the San Francisco Bay Area. In that role, he engaged in economic development, government affairs and policy research on behalf of private and public sector members.

Moses has a BA from Stanford University and an MPA from Syracuse University.
