Mike Wittler

Mike Wittler has served as the CEO and General Manager of the Kerrville Public Utility Board (KPUB) since November 2015.  Mike began his career at CPS Energy, in San Antonio, where he worked for eleven years. In 2006, he relocated to the heart of the Hill Country joining the Management team at KPUB.  Prior to his promotion to CEO, Mike served as the Chief Operating Officer and Assistant General Manager for KPUB.  Mike is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Schreiner University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas A&M University.  Mike serves on the Boards of the American Public Power Association, the Texas Public Power Association and the Kerr Economic Development Corporation.
