John Miller

John Miller is a senior advisor to BAM’s public finance department, focused on increasing utilization of bond insurance on large infrastructure and public power projects in the primary market. Miller was previously a Managing Director at both Citi and Public Financial Management, and more recently has been a Managing Director at American Public Infrastructure, a strategic advisor to owners and investors in water, power, and other projects. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and the Yale School of Management.
