Debi Jones

Deborah (“Debi”) S. Jones, Managing Director - Ms. Jones joined the Firm in 2005 to head the Southeast Texas based Public Finance operation, with an additional focus on the Austin, Lubbock, San Antonio, and South Texas markets. She has more than 40 years of experience with municipal finance transactions including K-12 school finance, higher education, utility systems, transportation and state agencies. Ms. Jones is a highly seasoned senior investment banker experienced with various municipal issuers throughout the State of Texas. Ms. Jones has represented the Firm on over $36.691 billion in negotiated primary and secondary education transactions for school district issuers throughout the State of Texas. Ms. Jones is a graduate of Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance. Ms. Jones is a founding Board Member of the Texas Chapter of Women in Public Finance. She is a past Board Member of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau as well as a past member of the Board of Trustees for The Municipal Advisory Council of Texas. She has securities licenses in Series 7, Series 50, Series 52, Series 53, Series 63, and Series 79.
