Clayton Chandler

Clayton Chandler is a partner in the Austin office of McCall, Parkhurst & Horton L.L.P., where he serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s counsel to a variety of issuers and underwriters. Before practicing exclusively in public finance with McCall, Mr. Chandler had prior experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, franchise offerings and private placements. Prior to law school, Mr. Chandler was a vice president in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., where he held Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
