Mr. Troy has 25 years of experience in municipal underwriting for various credits nationwide - fixed and variable rate taxable and tax-exempt securities. In Texas, he has served as underwriter for clients such as Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Harris County, NTTA, TxDOT, TPFA, TWDB and many other issuers throughout the State. Nationally, he has helped BofA be the top-ranked underwriter of municipal bonds each year since 2012, and the #1 competitive underwriter since 1993.
Mr. Troy specializes in Healthcare, Higher Education, Airports, Toll Roads and Tax-Exempt Corporates as well as state agencies, counties, cities and school districts.
