Amy Perez

Amy Perez is the Deputy Executive Director for the Office of Management and Budget for Harris County, Texas, where she has been employed since 2012. She oversees the banking relationships, revenue management, financial planning, investment portfolios totaling $8B, and a debt management portfolio of $6.8B for Harris County. Prior to coming to Harris County, she was the County Treasurer for Matagorda County. She sits on the education board for the County Investment Academy through Texas Association of Counties, Women in Public Finance – Texas Chapter Executive Council, and the Texas CLASS Board of Trustees.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Houston at Victoria and a MBA from Sam Houston State University.
