Jenny Kerzman is the Assistant Director of Treasury for the City of Dallas, where she oversees cash management, banking services, a $4.5 billion investment portfolio, and a $6.6 billion debt program. With over 30 years of experience in public finance, Jenny has held leadership roles in Arlington and Fort Worth and has been a Certified Treasury Professional since 1999. She serves on the Executive Board of TX Women in Public Finance and was honored as Issuer Ambassador in 2024 and with the “She is Our Hero” award in 2025. Jenny is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, sharing her expertise in treasury and public finance.
